Larry Forgione Ever wonder what it's like to open a new restaurant? Create a menu? Be a chef? Join us for a chat with Larry Forgione who is just now opening The Grill Room, a brand new chop house in Wall Street. Forgione is also the chef/owner (with Ark restaurant group) of An American Place and The Beekman 1776 Tavern.

In addition to his restaurant work, Forgione's long-awaited cookbook An American Place (Morrow: 1996) was recently nominated for a James Beard Cookbook Award and a Julia Child Cookbook Award. The book is filled with wonderful recipes that update American classics and revive traditional cooking techniques. And, during our chat with Larry, we'll be giving away three copies of the book.
