He is the host/chef of Taste, a daily cooking show on the TV Food Network. In addition to his regular column for The Wine Enthusiast, Mr. Rosengarten is the New York restaurant critic for Gourmet magazine. David wrote the 500 recipe Dean and DeLuca Cookbook (Random House: 1996) and Red Wine with Fish: The New Art of Matching Wine with Food (Simon and Schuster: 1989).
