Enthusiast, Mr. Rosengarten is the New York restaurant critic for Gourmet magazine. David wrote the 500 recipe Dean and DeLuca Cookbook (Random
House: 1996) and Red Wine with Fish: The New Art of Matching Wine with Food (Simon and Schuster: 1989).
