For the fifth year in a row it's restaurant week in New York City! Touted as the "Restaurant Capital of the World", New York is also among the most expensive places in the world to eat. So between Monday, June 24 and Sunday, June 30 some of the best restaurants in the city are hosting a special prix-fix lunch for $19.96 (beverage, tax or tip not included). But even if you don't get any change back from a twenty dollar bill, this is still one of the hottest summer bargains around.
