Yohimbe is a powder from a tree that grows in West Africa. It maybe stimulates the nerves of the spine, and it also maybe stimulates the genitalia. In veterinary medicine, it's used to treat impotent stallions. In humans, alas, it can cause sweating, nausea and vomiting. On the plus side, it elevates the heart rate and blood pressure, which makes it very exciting.
