Owner/Chef Danny Delcambre has made this storefront Cajun spot the center of nightlife for Seattle`s deaf/hearing impaired community. Chef Delcambre who is deaf and legally blind has fashioned a fun and intimate atmosphere with just half a dozen booths and a few stools that serves as audience to a stunning exhibition kitchen.
